It is where local, national and world news will pop up and be reported on. To this end, each player should feel free to pop in and post bits of news. This is also an excellent way for the players to pop in with plot hooks of your own that can be acted upon by the ST's and create a more interactive world of darkness.
To this end, we are asking that each player create a plain Jane or John vanilla mortal, that is a reporter. They can be of any flavor or locale that you like, but try to keep them spread a bit to provide global coverage. Pull a real news organization or create one as you like. High school to college, professional reporter or someone that is independent and does a newsblog. Standard creation rules apply but as these are mortals, give them 45 freebies instead of the standard. Have fun with it.
As these are plain mortals, that means no knowledge of supernaturals beyond the standard (read usually false) mythos that exist. No Sorcerers/Mages, Ghouls, Kin, etc.
